No most of Walker was filmed in Dallas - much around Deep Ellum, Fair Park, Downtown, White Rock Lake, etc...they just used the Fort Worth Courthouse shot for the headquarters.

The horizontal stabilizer had been inspected prior to departure, but it was left in the full nose down position. On takeoff from runway 17 the Falcon did not rotate. Takeoff was aborted but it overran the wet runway into Mountain Creek Lake. http://aviation-safety.net/database/record.php?id=19750304-0&lang=fr

I asked one of his colleagues why they were protesting in 1998/1999 and he said it was to get more black teachers and a black president into the high school. My sister and I told him that we had black teachers and that the president of the school (Townview-not the individual schools) was black. Her nickname was Red-Head. A few weeks later, he stopped protesting.
