    This must be a commercial version of a "fixer upper". They should have dozed the old building, and put up a new one because this is some primo real estate.

    the city built a parking lot in the summer of 05, i believe. they were doing some lighting, conduit work this past summer the last time i was out there. It really only comes into play on #11 & 12, unless they are building more. That would be a HUGE loss. I hope it doesnt happen, that course gets a lot of use.
